摘要：

【目的】 探索我国培育世界一流期刊的方法,以提高国家科技竞争力和文化软实力。【方法】 通过研读相关政策和研究成果,结合我国科研现状,提出“中国特色世界一流科技期刊”的内涵和培育措施。【结果】 “中国特色世界一流科技期刊”体现在指导思想、发展模式、评价指标、出版平台等方面。发挥中国科研成果多的优势,重点扶持中文期刊,建立中国特色的评价体系,做好中华文化传承。创办学术“进博会”,使中国成为世界科技文化的策源地。【结论】 中国科技期刊只有立足国情、面向世界,坚持中国特色,才能实现成为世界一流的梦想。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the ways to cultivate world-class scientific journals in China, so as to improve the competitiveness of science and technology and the soft power of culture. [Methods] By studying relevant policies and research results, combined with the current situation of scientific research in China, the connotation and cultivation measures of first-class scientific journals with Chinese characteristics were put forward. [Findings] The world-class scientific journals with Chinese characteristics embody in guiding ideology, development mode, evaluation index, and publishing platform. We should give full play to the advantages of China's scientific research achievements, focus on supporting Chinese journals, establish an evaluation system with Chinese characteristics, and do a good job in inheriting Chinese culture. Through establishing the academic import expo, China will become the source of the world's science, technology, and culture. [Conclusions] Only based on national conditions, facing the world and adhering to Chinese characteristics, can Chinese scientific journals realize their dream of becoming world-class journals.
