【目的】 总结隐性学术不端行为的特征,为识别与防范此类学术不端行为提供帮助。【方法】 分析从编辑实务中发现的3种隐性学术不端行为(不当署名、公式或图表抄袭及跨语种抄袭)的特征, 举例说明根据这些特征判定相应不端行为的方法。【结果】 当稿件符合相应的隐性学术不端行为特征时,编辑需特别关注并判别该稿件的隐性学术不端行为。【结论】 编辑应提高存疑、甄别和审稿的意识,编辑部应加强名单、签名和沟通管理,共同努力为学术出版质量把关。
[Purposes] We summarize the features of the unobserved academic misconducts, hoping the features can be helpful in the identification and precaution of the academic misconducts. [Methods] We analyzed the features found from three kinds of unobserved academic misconducts, including improper authorship, formula or chart plagiarism, and cross-lingual plagiarism, and illustrated the methods for judging the corresponding misconduct based on these characteristics. [Findings] When the manuscript conforms to the characteristics of the corresponding unobserved academic misconducts, the editors need to pay attention to it and discriminate the unobserved academic misconducts. [Conclusions] The editors should raise awareness of doubts, screenings, and reviewing, and the editorial offices should improve the management of black-list and gray-list, signature, and communication to ensure the quality of academic publishing.
