科技期刊专题的传播策略及传播力提升方案

Dissemination strategy and promotion scheme of dissemination ability for special topics of scientific journals

摘要:

【目的】 探讨我国科技期刊专题传播策略和影响力提升方案,为专题成果的有效传播提供参考。【方法】 介绍了提升期刊专题传播质量的新思路,指出最具传播力的期刊应具备的基本要素,系统总结期刊专题传播的途径与形式。【结果】 《煤炭科学技术》在策划初期、出版中期、刊出后期3个阶段对所策划的系列专题进行系统的宣传与推广,而且不同阶段采用了不同的宣传方案,同时采用4种业务拓展方案以提升专题传播力。应用以上宣传方案后,该刊专题论文的来稿质量大幅提升,被引频次、下载频次明显高于当期非专题论文,且该刊影响因子由2010年的0.239提升至2016年的1.231。【结论】 全方位的传播方法以及相关的业务拓展可全面提升科技期刊专题的传播力和影响力。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper discusses the dissemination strategies and influence improvement programs for special topics of Chinese scientific journals, and provides references for the effective dissemination of results of special topics. [Methods] We proposed a new approach on improving dissemination quality of special topics, and pointed out the basic components of scientific journals with high dissemination ability. In addition, we systematically summarized the approaches and forms on dissemination of special topics. [Findings] Coal Science and Technology systematically disseminates the series of special topics in the initial planning stage, publishing stage, and post publication stage with different propaganda plans at different stages, and adopts four business expansion schemes to enhance the dissemination ability of special topics. With the application of the above dissemination strategies, the quality of special topic papers, the citation frequencies, and the downloading frequencies are significantly higher than those of the current non-special topic papers, and the impact factor of Coal Science and Technology was raised from 0.239 in 2010 to 1.231 in 2016. [Conclusions] The practice demonstrates that the dissemination ability and impact of special topics of scientific journals can be significantly improved through the proposed comprehensive application of dissemination methods and business expansion schemes.
