【目的】 调查我国高校科技期刊网站的文献服务功能,为提升高校科技期刊文献服务水平和网站建设水平提供参考。【方法】 以我国100种高校科技期刊官方网站为研究对象,对其文献上网、检索、信息扩展服务、跟踪服务和交互性等功能进行调查。【结果】 我国高校科技期刊网站在文献检索、开放获取和阅读量统计等方面的功能较完善,但在对新型出版方式和出版技术的应用、文献被引情况和用户的分析方面相对欠缺,且文献信息扩展服务和文献的交互性功能较弱。【结论】 整体而言,我国高校科技期刊网站的文献服务功能不尽如人意,这与出版单位的惰性思维密不可分。出版单位应树立主动意识和用户意识,培养数字化出版人才,积极应用新技术,不断提升内容质量,把握便捷化、共享化、个性化、智能化4个服务原则,进一步增强数字化文献服务功能。
[Purposes] Literature service function in website of scientific journals sponsored by Chinese universities is investigated to provide references for improving the level of literature service and website construction of university journals. [Methods] Taking the websites of 100 scientific journals sponsored by Chinese universities as the research objects, we investigated the functions of digital presentation, retrieval, information extension service, tracking service, and interactivity. [Findings] The service functions in websites of Chinese university journals are relatively complete in literature retrieval, open access, and reading statistics. However, the application of the new publishing method and publishing technology, the analysis on literature cites and the users are relatively lacking; meanwhile, the functions of the information extension service and the interaction are weak. [Conclusions] As a whole, the service function in websites is unsatisfactory, which is inseparable from the inert thinking of publishing departments. The publishing department of university journals should set up the initiative consciousness and user consciousness, cultivate digital publishing talents, actively apply new technologies, constantly improve the content, and grasp four service principles of facilitation, sharing, personalization, and intelligence, so as to further enhance the service function of digital literature.
