摘要:

【目的】 利用大数据优化科技期刊出版流程,助力科技期刊发展。【方法】 结合《民用飞机设计与研究》的出版实践,分析大数据环境下科技期刊传统出版流程存在的不适应性,提出可以在选题策划、组稿约稿、审稿专家选择和编辑校对4个环节引入大数据分析的技术和工具,改进现有工作流程。【结果】 利用万方和中国知网等数字出版服务商提供的大数据服务,能够及时发现学科热点,精准组稿,精确选择审稿专家,提高编校工作效率。【结论】 科技期刊应当在出版流程中引入大数据分析的技术和工具,以提高科技期刊出版质量和工作效率。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to optimize the publishing process of scientific journals by big data, and promote the development of scientific journals. [Methods] Taking the publishing practice of Civil Aircraft Design and Research as an example, the incompatibility of traditional publishing process of scientific journals against the backdrop of big data was analyzed, and big data technologies and tools were introduced in four aspects of publishing process, including topic selection, paper soliciting and invitation, selection of reviewers, and editing and proofreading, to optimize the current process. [Findings] Using big data analysis tools provided by Wanfang Data and CNKI, editors can find hot topics in time, accurately solicit papers, precisely select peer review experts, and improve the efficiency of editing and proofreading. [Conclusions] Scientific journals should adopt the technologies and tools of big data analysis to improve the publishing quality and efficiency of scientific journals.
