我国科技期刊服务质量与保障对策

Service quality of scie.pngic journals in China and guarantee countermeasures

摘要:

【目的】 分析我国科技期刊服务于科技创新、产业经济、学科建设、人才培养和科研诚信的服务质量,提出相应的服务质量保障措施。【方法】 以2015年中国“百强科技期刊”为样本,访问样本期刊的微信公众号或官方网站,通过分析期刊专辑专题的策划、编委会的管理、会讯资讯的发布、评选及其他活动的举办、抵制学术不端的举措、论文写作的指导与培训等指标,考察我国科技期刊的服务现状。【结果】 在保障推文功能的基础上,我国百强科技期刊发布较多的内容依次是资讯、专辑专题策划、评选活动、编委会情况、论文写作指导及学术不端政策;少数期刊还发布了专家讲堂、专业课程、视频、微商城等信息。【结论】 根据我国百强科技期刊具备的服务质量指标,从编辑策划能力的提升、编委和审稿专家作用的充分发挥、科研诚信保障措施的制定、传统媒体与新媒体技术的融合、实践活动的开展等方面提出保障策略,构建我国科技期刊服务于读者和作者的保障体系。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to analyze the service quality of Chinese scie.pngic journals serving the scie.pngic and technological innovation, industrial economy, discipline construction, personnel training, and scie.pngic research integrity, and put forward countermeasures to guarantee the service quality. [Methods] Taking the Chinese top 100 scie.pngic journals in 2015 as samples, we visited their WeChat official accounts or websites, and analyzed the planning of journal albums and projects, the management of editorial boards, the publication of information, the organization of selection and other activities, the resisting of academic misconduct, and paper writing guidance and training to examine the service quality of scie.pngic journals in China. [Findings] For the Chinese top 100 scie.pngic journals, the contents of information, album project planning, selection activities, editorial board circumstances, thesis and dissertation writing, and academic misconduct policy are published in turn, and minority journals also release expert lectures, professional courses, video, micro mall, and other information. [Conclusions] According to the service quality indexes of Chinese top 100 scie.pngic journals, we put forward the quality guarantee countermeasures in the aspects of enhancing the plan ability of editors, playing full role of the editorial board members and peer reviewers, formulating scie.pngic research integrity assurance measures, integrating the traditional media and new media technology, and carrying out practical activities.
