上海市科技期刊编辑继续教育培训需求的调查分析

摘要:

【目的】 深入了解上海市科技期刊编辑继续教育培训需求,优化培训活动设计,提高培训效果。【方法】 采用问卷调查的方式,对科技期刊编辑的继续教育培训需求,包括培训内容、形式、时长等进行深入分析。【结果】 共收到215份问卷调查结果。贴近办刊工作实际的培训内容,如科技期刊数字化、创新办刊的理念与实践是上海市科技期刊编辑继续教育的主要内容需求;大型专家讲座是接受程度较高的培训形式。多数学员更愿意参加为期1天且能授予继续教育学分的培训活动。【结论】 调查结果反映了科技期刊编辑的普遍培训需求,相关培训部门在组织与设计继续教育活动时可以此为参考,优化培训活动的组织与设计。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to understand the continuing education requirements for scientific journal editors, optimize the design of education training activities, and improve the training effectiveness. [Methods] We conducted a survey on individual needs of scientific journal editors using questionnaires, and particularly analyzed multiple training course contents, formats and duration. [Findings] In total, 215 scientific journal editors in Shanghai completed the questionnaires. For most participants, they prefer training course contents being close to publishing fundamentals and practices, such as digital publishing and innovative ideas and practices of journal publishing. The symposium is the most commonly selected course format. Most participants would like to choose 1-day training with granted credits. [Conclusions] The survey results reflect the special training needs of scientific journal editors. These needs should be taken into consideration for planning continuing education in order to improve training effects.
