摘要：

【目的】 通过分析江苏省科技期刊的办刊水平与学科发展现状,促进江苏省科技期刊与学科协调发展。【方法】 根据中国科学技术信息研究所2011—2015年期刊、2016年中国知网“中国国际影响力优秀学术期刊”、北京大学图书馆2014版《中文核心期刊要目总览》数据,分类分析江苏省期刊现状;根据教育部2012年学科评估结果统计江苏省优势学科,将优势学科所属单位创办的核心期刊与二级学科映射,分析江苏省学科发展现状与学科期刊办刊水平。【结果】 江苏省学科以及学科期刊覆盖率为100%,自然科学类期刊主办单位以高校为主,重点高校学报100%被至少1种数据库收录,工业类期刊二级学科覆盖率为66.7%,江苏省优势学科的核心期刊覆盖率为40.5%。【结论】期刊数量与江苏省学科以及经济文化科技发展水平相当,但是核心期刊特别是国际影响力期刊数量偏少,期刊学科分布不均衡,相关优势学科和产业缺乏高水平期刊支撑,总体办刊水平有待进一步提高。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to promote the coordinated development of journals and disciplines in Jiangsu Province based on the analysis of the level of scientific journals and the development of disciplines in Jiangsu Province. [Methods] According to the periodical data in Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China from 2011 to 2015, China International Influential Excellent Academic Journal data in 2016 from CNKI, and Chinese Core Journals Index data of Peking University 2014 version, the journals in Jiangsu Province were classified and analyzed based on categories. According to the evaluation of the disciplines released by the Ministry of Education in 2012, advanced disciplines and their affiliated organizations were compared, and the level of scientific journals and the development of disciplines in Jiangsu Province were analyzed. [Findings] The coverage rate of the periodicals on disciplines in Jiangsu Province is 100%. The main publishers of natural science journals are universities which release high quality journals indexed by at least one core database. The coverage rate of industrial and engineering core journals on sub-disciplines is 66.7%. The coverage rate of key disciplines and the corresponding core journals is 40.5%. [Conclusions] The amount of general journals matches the development of disciplines, economy, culture and science and technology, but the core journals, especially the number of international influential journals, is uneven in distribution of disciplines; meanwhile, the core industries are lack of support from high level journals. Thus, the overall level of journals should be improved.
