摘要：

【目的】 研究“十二五”期间江苏省科技期刊运营状况。【方法】 通过分析江苏省新闻出版广电局2011—2015年期刊年检数据,筛选出有效数据,从主办机构和学科门类2个角度出发,对江苏省科技期刊运营状况进行分析。【结果】 江苏省科技期刊运营呈现多元化的特点,出版单位积极拓展特色运营项目,促进期刊发展,增加期刊收入。【结论】“十二五”期间,江苏省运营状况良好的期刊占比均在41%~45%范围内。发行收入、广告收入、其他收入(新媒体收入和数字出版收入)基本上是三足鼎立。发行量呈微量波动中的下降趋势,各类机构主办期刊的发行情况基本保持相对稳定的格局,发行方式上大多采取邮局发行与自办发行双轨制运作。期刊广告运作方式已由单一的自主化经营方式,逐渐向多元代理化转变。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to discuss the operation status and characteristics of scientific journals in Jiangsu Province during the 12th Five-Year. [Methods] Based on the annual periodical data analysis published from Jiangsu Administration of Press and Publication, Radio, Film, and Television from 2011 to 2015, the valid data were screened out from sponsors and disciplines to analyze the operation status of scientific journals in Jiangsu Province. [Findings] The operation of scientific journals in Jiangsu Province is characterized by diversification. The publishing units actively expand their special operation projects to promote periodical development and increase periodical income. [Conclusions] The proportion of scientific journals which are in good operation conditions ranges from 41% to 45%. The issuance revenue, advertising revenue and other income (i.e., revenue of new media and digital publishing) are basically a situation of tripartite confrontation. Circulation is in a downward trend of small fluctuation, the periodicals issued by various sponsors maintain a relatively stable pattern, and most of the distribution methods are issued by post office and self-issuing. The periodical advertisement operation mode has changed from a single autonomous management mode to a multi agent system. These data provide reference for the development of scientific journals.
