【目的】 分析新兴资源引文索引(ESCI)数据库收录我国期刊的学术影响力,为我国学者研究期刊国际影响力提升策略以及制定相关政策提供参考。【方法】 检索并分析ESCI数据库收录19种我国期刊的一般情况,模拟计算各刊影响因子(IF)和即年指标,分析各刊论文在WoS数据库中的被引频次,研究各刊的国际学术影响力偏向。【结果】 19种期刊语种主要为英语,出版地为北京的期刊15种,季刊15种。论文、综述和述评为主要文献类型。17种期刊2016年IF比2015年高。即年指标上升的期刊共12种。13种期刊2015年IF排名超过该学科领域最后一名,已经超过该学科领域部分期刊。2015年发表论文总被引频次为30~100的期刊共6种,人文社科类期刊总被引频次均低于10。学术期刊国际影响力偏向比较均衡的期刊共10种,国际偏向较强的期刊共4种。【结论】 初步揭示了ESCI数据库收录我国期刊中大部分期刊学术影响力有提升趋势,部分期刊已经达到国际领先水平。希望有关部门加大对ESCI期刊的支持力度,而已被ESCI收录的期刊应制定适合提升自身学术影响力的措施,争取早日进入WoS数据库,进一步提升国际影响力。
[Purposes] This study aims to analyze academic influence of Chinese Sci-Tech journals indexed in ESCI database and provide reference of studying strategies to improve the journal international influence and establish relevant policies for Chinese scholars. [Methods] General situation of 19 Chinese Sci-Tech journals indexed in the ESCI database was searched and analyzed. Impact factor (IF) and immediacy index of each journal were calculated. Citations of the papers in WoS database and international academic influence tendency of each journal were analyzed. [Findings] The language of the 19 journals is mainly English. 15 journals are published in Beijing. 15 journals are published quarterly. Articles, reviews and editorials are major types. IFs of 17 journals and immediacy indexes of 12 journals increase in 2016. IFs of 13 journals in 2015 is higher than that of the last one in the discipline, and exceed those of some journals. Citations of papers published in 6 journals in 2015 are between 30 and 100. The citations of social science journals is less than 10. Journals have balanced international influence tendency and four journals have strong international tendency. [Conclusions] The academic influence of most Chinese journals indexed in the ESCI database has increased and some of them are leading in the world. Relevant administrations should reinforce the support for the ESCI indexed journals, establish suitable measures to improve academic influence, strive for an early entry to the WoS database, and further improve the international academic influence.
