网络时代期刊论文隐形学术不端挖掘策略

摘要:

目的 抵制学术不端,期刊编辑责无旁贷,为促进学术生态环境净化,提出基于互联网的深度挖掘隐性学术不端的编辑策略。方法 论述网络时代学术不端行为特征和发展趋势,以中国知网AMLC5.0为例,在总结学术不端检测系统不足的基础上,提出有针对性的解决方案。结果 结合网络时代学术不端行为的演变,提出以AMLC为主,辅助多种检测手段,对存疑论文进行基于网络和论文本身信息的学术不端深度挖掘;根据期刊编辑出版特点增加检测次数;构建“以人为本”“人机合一”的学术不端鉴别体系。结论 可在学术不端末端出口处筑起一道拦截网,对期刊抵制学术不端具有一定作用。

Abstract:

[Purposes] It is journal editors'responsibility to boycott academic m isconduct..In order to promote the academ ic ecological environment purification,this paper proposes the editing strategy of deeply m ining recessive m isconduct based on the Internet.[Methods] This article discussed the characteristics and trends of academ icm isconduct in the network age, taking CNKI(China National Know ledge Infrastructure) AMLC 5.0 as an example, and proposed targeted solutions by concluding the drawbacks of the detection system.[Findings] Combining the evolution of academ icmisconduct in the network age, it suggested the AMLC-centered way supplemented by various detection methods for deep-mining based on the network and information of papers and increasing detection times based on editing and publishing characteristics of journals that have papers in doubt.In this way,the people-oriented detection system unifying men andmachinescould be constructed.[Conclusions] Furthermore, it has certain effect that themethod is used to resist academ ic misconduct of journal articles by building a barrier at the exit in the end of the academ ic m isconduct system.
