摘要：

目的 提出科技期刊假冒网站的识别技巧和防范措施,向科技期刊同行打击假冒网站提供策略和借鉴。方法 分析科技期刊假冒网站的特征,通过ICP备案、搜索引擎“官网”认证、DOI技术等措施增强科技期刊官方网站有效识别,讨论举报打击假冒网站的策略。结果 向假冒网站所属注册服务机构举报,停止向假冒网站域名解析,使用户无法登陆假冒网站,达到终止其非法侵权行为,并通过实际案例说明打击假冒网站的过程和效果。结论 增强科技期刊官方网站有效识别,注重打击假冒网站的策略,最终有效打击假冒网站的非法侵权行为。

Abstract: [Purposes] This paper aims to introduce the identification techniques and preventivemeasures for the fake websites of scientific journals, and provide strategies and references for the fightagainst the fakewebsites.[Methods] The characteristics of the fake website of scientific journals were analyzed.Effective identification of the officialwebsites of scientific journalswas enhanced by ICP record,the authentication of officialwebsites in search engines and DOI technology.Tactics of preventing and attacking fake websites by accusation were discussed.[Findings] We tried to stop the domain name resolution of the fake websites by accusation to the fake websites'registered service institution.As a result, the users cannot log on to the fake site, and the illegal infringement is terminated.The process and effect of attacking fake websites are detailed w ith an actual case.[Conclusions] Through enhancing the effective identification of the officialwebsite and paying attention to tactics of preventing and attacking fake websites,scientific journals ultimately can effectively attack the illegal infringement of fake websites.
