摘要:

【目的】运用数据分析方法探寻缩短科技期刊论文发表周期的有效方法。【方法】基于期刊运行中的各种数据,如投稿量、录用率、审稿周期、编辑加工周期、稿件存量等,通过进一步的数据挖掘,分析比较,结合实例,探讨了缩短科技期刊论文发表周期的各种方法。【结果】提出了缩短科技期刊论文发表周期的解决措施,利用数据论证解决措施的有效性,并通过定期监控各环节数据使各项保障措施得以进一步落实。【结论】基于合理的数据统计和分析能为期刊发展提供确切的依据,找到有效的解决方案。

Abstract:

[Purposes]This paper aims at shortening the publication cycle of scientific journals by applying the method of data analysis.[Methods]Based on the data such as the number of subm issions, the acceptance rate, the refereeing period, the editing and typesetting period, the stock of accepted manuscripts, etc., and with applying the methods of data analysis and comparative analysis,we discuss the ways to shorten the publication cycle of scientific journals.[Findings]We propose some solutions to shorten the publication period of scientific journals, and prove that these solutions are effective.Furthermore, we carry out these solutions by monitoring the corresponding data.[Conclusions]Reasonable data analysis is useful to solve problems effectively,and it provides the exact basis for the development of journals.
