医学期刊图表重复的防范策略

Prevention methods for information repetition in diagram s and tables in medical journals

摘要:

目的 探讨医学期刊如何防范图表抄袭、重复等学术不端行为;方法 对作者投稿、编辑初审、同行评议、编辑加工、出版后处理等流程中应注意的问题进行归纳总结;结果 投稿时作者应签署著作权转让相关文件并对图片进行加密处理;编辑部收稿时应对作者信息进行核实,提防“枪手“稿件;学术不端检测时采用统一格式上传稿件,并可采用多家检测系统,编辑对检测结果应综合分析;重视同行评议;编辑加工阶段注意核实图表具体信息及图片分辨率,必要时请作者提供原始数据。结论 只要在编辑工作中多加留意,图表重复的鉴别仍有章可循。

Abstract:

[Purpose] To discuss how to prevent academ ic m isconduct of medical journals such as repetition or plagiarism.[Methodology] Generalize and summarize the announcements of the problem of contribution,editor’s first trial,peer review,editing,processing after the publication.[Findings] The author should sign the copyright transfer file and encrypt the diagram and table.The editorial department should verify the identity of the author to void the plagiarism.Academ icmisconduct detection should use the unified format articles,and usemore detection system.The editor should make a comprehensive analysis of the detection results and paymore attention to peer review,and verify themessage of diagram and table,and ask the author to provide the original data when necessary.[Conclusions] It’s possible to detect the academ ic misconduct of medical journals if the editors pay more attention.
