中国科技期刊对无人机技术的知识贡献研究及其对期刊建设的启示

Knowledge contribution and development of Chinese scientific journals:An empirical study of drone technologies

摘要:

【目的】研究中国科技期刊对中国专利技术发展的知识贡献。【方法】构建文献贡献度、期刊贡献度和学科贡献度三类评价指标,基于Incopat专利数据库,从中文期刊论文对专利引文中文献构成的贡献、各来源期刊与学科的独特贡献三个层面计量分析中国科技期刊对无人机技术的知识贡献。【结果】中国无人机技术吸收科学知识具有显著的母语国特征、期刊类文献偏好与学科定向性;中国科技期刊贡献的引文规模、来源期刊数量及学科范围在2015—2016年达到高峰,各期刊对施引技术的贡献有较大差异;学科的知识贡献不仅有技术差异性,对相同施引技术的知识活动贡献与知识力量贡献也存在差异。【结论】以提升期刊知识质量与促进期刊知识流动为方向,可通过多种举措推进中国科技期刊建设,强化期刊在科学知识流动中的桥梁作用,提升期刊对专利技术发展的知识贡献和影响力。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the knowledge contribution of Chinese scientific journals to the development of Chinese patent technology. [Methods] Three kinds of evaluation indexes, such as literature contribution degree, journal contribution degree, and subject contribution degree, were constructed. Based on the Incopat patent database, we analyzed the knowledge contribution of Chinese scientific journals to the drone technologies in three aspects: the contribution of Chinese papers to the literature composition of patent citations, and the unique contributions of various sources of journals and disciplines. [Findings] Firstly, the preferences when drone technologies get the scientific nutrition are found to be Chinese-specific, journal-oriental, and disciplinary-oriental. Secondly, the knowledge amount absorbed by drone technologies and the science territories of journals and disciplines that drone technologies laid the roots in are reached the peak in 2015 and 2016. Meanwhile, variances are existing among different patent branches in terms of all-3-level-indicators. Besides, the quantity contribution and quality contribution of disciplinary knowledge are also differed, not only for the disciplines offering differentiated knowledge, or for the patent branches absorbing specific knowledge, but also for these two indicators within same discipline issue or patent branch. [Conclusions] Both the knowledge quality and knowledge flows should become the focus when mentioned about Chinses journals evaluation. Various initiatives are recommended for Chinese journals to shaping better roles as the knowledge flowing bridges between scientific development and technology advancement, and to further fuel Chinese patent technology progressing.
