摘要：

【目的】 分析我国科技期刊出版现状,探索科技期刊智慧出版的实现路径。【方法】 通过文献分析等方法界定智慧出版的内涵和外延,对科技期刊智慧出版的可行性及可能实现的路径进行深入探讨。【结果】 互联网、人工智能、大数据等新兴技术的应用为科技期刊的转型发展提供了技术支持,科技期刊智慧出版主要通过转变发展理念、智能化的内容生产、立体化的传播方式、专业化与个性化的用户服务、智慧型人才培养等来实现。【结论】 科技期刊应顺应时代发展趋势,实施创新驱动战略,积极探索传统出版向智慧出版转型的路径,以更好地实现知识传播和知识服务。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the current situation of scientific journals in China, and explore the realization path of intelligent publishing of scientific journals. [Methods] By the method of documentary analysis, the connotation and extension of intelligent publishing were defined, and the feasibility and possible path of intelligent publishing of scientific journals were discussed. [Findings] The application of emerging technologies such as internet, artificial intelligence, and big data, provides technical support for the transformation and development of scientific journals. The intelligent publishing in the scientific journals can be realized mainly through the transformation of development concept, intelligent content production, three-dimensional publicity mode, specialized and personalized user service, and intelligent talent training. [Conclusions] Scientific journals should conform to the development trend of the times, implement innovation-driven strategy, and actively explore the transformation way from traditional publishing to intelligent publishing, so as to realize knowledge dissemination and knowledge service.
