基于邮件的科技期刊论文单篇精准推送服务的实现——以《应用生态学报》为例

Accurate pushing service of single article of scientific journals based on e-mail: A case study of Chinese Journal of Applied Ecology

摘要:

【目的】 促进科技期刊论文的高效传播,精准提高科技期刊显示度。【方法】 基于《应用生态学报》审稿专家数据库、作者数据库和读者数据库的75275条数据,采用数理统计方法并结合编辑工作实践,构建科技期刊论文单篇精准推送客体指标体系,并优化远程投稿系统。提出科技期刊论文单篇精准推送方法,并于2018年1月开始在《应用生态学报》实施,对影响该方法精准度的影响因素进行分析,提出了该方法需要改进之处。【结果】 科技期刊论文单篇精准推送方法践行一年以来取得较好的效果,2018年至今每期都能收到对推送文章和期刊感兴趣的反馈。影响该方法精准度的因素包括研究方向的准确录入、推送客体的科学确定和推送方式的正确选择。【结论】 科技期刊与新媒体的巧妙融合,加上数理统计方法的广泛应用,为学术论文单篇精准推送服务的实现提供了可能。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to promote the efficient dissemination of articles in scientific journals and improve the display of scientific journals accurately. [Methods] Based on 75275 data from the expert database, author database, and reader database of Chinese Journal of Applied Ecology, the object index system of accurate single-article pushing for scientific journals was constructed by using mathematical statistics method combined with editorial practice, and the remote submission system was optimized. The method of accurate single-article pushing for scientific journals was put forward, which had been implemented in Chinese Journal of Applied Ecology since January, 2018. The factors influencing the accuracy of the method were analyzed and the improvement was put forward. [Findings] Accurate pushing method for single article of scientific journals has achieved good results since it was put into practice for one year. Every issue has received feedback on the interest of pushing articles and journals since January, 2018. The factors influencing the accuracy of the proposed method include accurate input of research directions, scientific determination of pushing objects, and correct selection of pushing modes. [Conclusions] The skillful integration of scientific journals and new media, together with the wide application of mathematical statistics method, makes it possible to realize the accurate pushing service of academic articles.
