学术迹与学术矩阵在省属本科高校学报评价中的应用研究——以安徽省为例

Application research of academic track and academic matrix in journal evaluation of provincial undergraduate universities: Taking Anhui Province as an example

摘要:

【目的】为提升高校学报自身学术水平以及学术影响力,实证探索将学术迹和学术矩阵应用于高校学报学术影响力评价的可行性以及有效性。【方法】以中国知网为主要数据来源,收集整理了34种安徽省省属本科高校学报的发文总数、零被引文章数量、h指数、总被引频次和h域引文数量5个独立测度参数,计算各高校学报的学术迹和学术矩阵,从h核量化测度、h尾量化测度、零被引量化测度、学术迹综合量化测度4个视角对其学术影响力之间的差异进行分析。【结果】学术迹的动态变化趋势呈发散态势,学术矩阵中9个构成参数能够精准表征各自学术成就的分布,并且能够诠释各自学术影响力之间差异产生的个性化原因。【结论】省属高校学报学术影响力的形成至少需要累积3年时间,学术矩阵能够较好地区分省属高校学报学术影响力整体水平,能够从学术关注度、学术爆发力等个性化发展角度提升综合性高校学报的学术影响力。学术迹和学术矩阵可以作为省属高校学报学术影响力的评价指标。

Abstract:

[Purposes] In order to improve the academic level and influence of university journals, this paper explores the feasibility and effectiveness of applying academic track and academic matrix to the evaluation of academic influence of university journals. [Methods] Taking CNKI as the main data source, this paper collected and sorted out five independent measurement parameters of 34 university journals in Anhui Province, namely total number of papers, zero citation papers, h-index, total cites, and h-domain citation number, calculated the academic track and academic matrix for each university journal, and measured from h-core, h-tail, zero citation, and academic matrix. From the four perspectives of comprehensive quantitative measures, we analyzed the differences in academic influence. [Findings] The dynamic trend of academic track is divergent. The nine components of the academic matrix can accurately characterize the distribution of academic achievements and can explain the individual reasons for the difference in academic influence. [Conclusions] It takes at least three years to form the academic influence of the journals of provincial universities. The academic matrix can distinguish the overall level of academic influence for the journals of provincial universities to some extent and enhance the academic influence of the journals of comprehensive universities from the perspective of individual development such as academic attention and academic explosion. Academic track and academic matrix can be used as indicators of academic impact evaluation of provincial university journals.
