【目的】 探讨科技期刊品牌栏目的培育及成长历程,为其他科技期刊进行栏目设置并打造品牌栏目提供参考。【方法】 以《排灌机械工程学报》“泵理论与技术”栏目为例,从该栏目设置的背景、目标出发,并对比国内相关期刊栏目发展状况,分析该栏目的优势和劣势,探索提高栏目学术影响力和竞争力的措施。【结果】 通过科学设置栏目,重点争取主办单位的大力支持,积极参加高水平的行业学术会议,通过走访行业学术专家和重点实验室进行组稿约稿,充分利用先进技术和新媒体平台进行快速广泛传播、扩大栏目宣传范围,适时推进国际化探索实践等措施,“泵理论与技术”栏目的阅读量、下载量、引用量一直保持在高位,在读者和作者中具有广泛的学术影响,这也进一步提高了期刊整体的学术水平和竞争力。【结论】 科学的栏目设置、主办单位的大力支持、优质的稿源、先进技术的应用以及与新媒体平台的深度融合、推进国际化探索实践等,是打造品牌栏目的有效路径,同时对促进科技期刊的整体发展也具有重要作用。
[Purposes] This paper explores the cultivation and growth path of brand columns of scientific journals, and provides some references for other scientific journals to set up and build brand columns. [Methods] Taking the column of Pump Theory and Technology in Journal of Drainage and Irrigation Machinery Engineering as an example and comparing the development situation of the related column in domestic journals, this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages from the background and objectives of the column, and explored measures to improve the academic influence and competitiveness of the column. [Findings] Through setting up the column scientifically, mainly relying on the sponsor's full-support, actively participating in high-level industry academic conferences, visiting academic experts and key laboratories to collect manuscripts, making full use of advanced technologies and new media platforms to carry out rapid and extensive publicity and broaden the scope of publicity, and pushing forward the practice of internationalization in due course, the number of readings, downloads, and citations of the column of Pump Theory and Technology remains at a high level. It has a wide academic influence among readers and authors, which has further improved the academic level and competitiveness of Journal of Drainage and Irrigation Machinery Engineering. [Conclusions] The reasonable column setting, full support of the sponsor, publication of high-quality manuscripts, application of advanced technology and deep integration with new media platforms, and active promotion of international exploration and practice are all effective paths to build brand columns, and play an important role in promoting the overall development of scientific journals.
