编委考核、激励措施助推新创办期刊影响力快速提升——以《结核病与肺部健康杂志》为例

Importance of appraisal and incentive measures of editorial board members on influence promotion for newly published journals: Taking Journal of Tuberculosis and Lung Health as an example

摘要:

【目的】 探讨新创办期刊实施编委绩效考核和激励措施的意义,为期刊的可持续发展提供保障。【方法】 《结核病与肺部健康杂志》编辑部从2016年开始逐步探索实施编委绩效考核制度和提高编委工作积极性的各项措施,通过分析各项措施逐步开展后编委组稿、发表文章数量的变化,评价编委对期刊的贡献。【结果】 《结核病与肺部健康杂志》编委考核和激励措施逐步实施后,编委工作态度明显改善,编委组稿数量、发表文章数量占全部发表文章数量的比例由2014—2015年的30.8%和23.9%提高到2016—2017年的43.5%和48.6%,编委积极支持编辑部各项建设工作。【结论】 通过制定、实施编委绩效考核和激励措施,有效提高了期刊编委组稿、投稿的积极性,为期刊的可持续发展奠定了基础;未来仍需要继续完善各项措施,努力使期刊获得更多的发展空间。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to discuss positive changes of implementation of performance appraisal and incentive measures of editorial board members for newly published journals, so as to lay solid foundation for the sustainable development of journals. [Methods] Regulation of performance evaluation of editorial board members was gradually adopted and various measures to improve job enthusiasm were carried out since 2016 by editorial office of Journal of Tuberculosis and Lung Health. Contributions written by editorial board members were evaluated based on the analysis of changes on papers solicited by editorial board members after the implementation of appraisal and incentive measures. [Findings] After performance appraisal and incentive measures were adopted gradually, working attitude of editorial board members had been improved significantly and ratio of paper solicited by editorial board members to total has increased from 30.8% and 23.9% in 2014-2015 to 43.5% and 48.6% in 2016-2017. [Conclusions] By formulation and implementation of the performance appraisal and incentive measures to editorial board members, working enthusiasm of solicit contribution have been effectively promoted, paving the way for sustainable development of journals. In the future, we still need to furnish the system so that the journals can develop in further steps.
