Abstract

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the current development status and latest trends in the annotation standard construction of corresponding authors for important Chinese scientific journals in economic management science and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and provide academic thinking and management strategies for the construction of scientific research integrity and academic atmosphere. [Methods] By sorting out the requirements, development status, and policy evolution of corresponding author standards for important Chinese economic management science journals and NSFC and conducting research and interviews in this regard, evolutionary analysis and comparative analysis were conducted on the construction of corresponding author standards for relevant scientific journals and NSFC. [Findings] Chinese scientific journals, represented by economic management science journals, and departments such as NSFC, have increasingly attached importance to the standard requirements of corresponding authors and the construction of scientific research integrity. However, the level of standard construction between scientific journals and NSFC varies. [Conclusions] It is necessary to form a linkage mechanism between the standard requirements of corresponding authors and the construction of scientific research integrity in the scientific community and continue to deepen the reform of scientific and technological systems and evaluation, so as to support high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement at the level of academic norms and standardization.

摘要：

【目的】 探讨我国经济管理科学类重要科技期刊与国家自然科学基金委员会(以下简称“基金委”)有关通信作者标注规范建设的发展现状与最新趋势,并为相关科研诚信与学风建设给出学术思考与管理对策。【方法】 通过对国内经济管理科学类重要科技期刊与基金委通信作者规范的要求、发展情况与政策沿革的梳理以及调研访谈,对相关科技期刊与基金委通信作者规范建设展开演化分析与比较分析。【结果】 以经济管理科学类期刊为代表的国内科技期刊与基金委等部门对通信作者规范要求以及科研诚信建设愈加重视,但科技期刊与基金委的规范建设程度不一。【结论】 科学共同体需在通信作者规范要求与科研诚信建设方面形成联动机制,继续深化科技体制改革与科技评价改革,在学术规范与标准化层面为高水平科技自立自强助力。
