Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to study and analyze the basic laws and general mechanisms for the collaborative development of scientists' spirit, young technological talents, and scientific journals, so as to accelerate high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement. [Methods] Through literature research, logical reasoning, and keyword co-occurrence cluster analysis, this paper analyzed the internal consistency of the development of scientists' spirit, young technological talents, and scientific journals, as well as their collaborative relations. [Findings] From the dimension of theoretical research, this paper analyzes the origin of scientists' spirit, young technological talents, and scientific journals. From the dimension of consistency essence, this paper reveals the internal consistency and collaborative relation of scientists' spirit, young technological talents, and scientific journals in the development process based on the essential characteristics and basic laws of science and technology and proposes to construct the collaborative development mechanism of scientists' spirit, young technological talents, and scientific journals. [Conclusions] Based on the consistency of the essential characteristics and basic laws of science and technology, the development of scientists' spirit, young technological talents, and scientific journals has an internal consistency and a collaborative relation, and a collaborative development mechanism based on the internal consistency and collaborative relation should be built.

【目的】 研究分析科学家精神、青年科技人才与科技期刊协同发展的基本规律和一般机制,以期加快实现高水平科技自立自强。【方法】 通过文献研究、逻辑推理和关键词共现聚类分析,剖析科学家精神、青年科技人才与科技期刊三者发展的内在一致性及协同关系。【结果】 从理论研究的维度,针对科学家精神、青年科技人才和科技期刊的本源深入分析;从一致性本质的维度,揭示科学家精神、青年科技人才和科技期刊三者在发展过程中存在基于科学技术本质特征和基本规律的内在一致性和协同关系,提出构建科学家精神、青年科技人才与科技期刊三者的协同发展机制。【结论】 基于科学技术本质特征和基本规律的一致性,科学家精神、青年科技人才与科技期刊三者的发展存在内在一致性和协同关系,应构建基于内在一致性和协同关系的协同发展机制。
