Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to review the construction practice of publishing and communication platforms for English scientific journals in China, explore the problems faced in the construction of publishing and communication platforms for English scientific journals, and put forward optimization strategies, so as to provide a reference for the construction of international first-class scientific journal publishing platforms. [Methods] Multidimensional data were obtained through a walk-through method, systematic literature review, and in-depth interviews, and a mixed research method was used to carry out descriptive statistics and qualitative content coding analysis of basic data. The construction status, characteristics, and problems of the five platforms were analyzed. [Findings] In recent years, the publishing and communication platform of Chinese English scientific journals has developed rapidly and focused on the cluster content dissemination of professional subject journals. It also actively docks with the global trend of open science, builds a multi-platform knowledge communication matrix, and realizes the transformation to lightweight. [Conclusions] The optimization strategy of platform construction is proposed from the aspects of adaptation ability to international standards and dominant ability, ecological integration ability of international academic publishing, and scientific research service ability, so as to provide a reference for building a world-class journal publishing and communication platform and striving for international academic discourse power.

【目的】 检阅我国英文科技期刊出版传播平台建设实践,探讨英文科技期刊出版传播平台建设面临的问题并提出优化策略,为建设国际一流科技期刊出版传播平台提供参考。【方法】 通过漫游研究法、系统性文献综述、深度访谈等方式获取多维度数据,采取混合研究方法开展基础性数据的描述性统计和质性内容编码,对五大平台的建设现状、特点、问题进行分析。【结果】 我国英文科技期刊出版传播平台近年发展较快,专注于专业学科刊群的集群化内容传播,积极对接全球开放科学趋势,建成多平台知识传播矩阵,实现向轻量化出版的转型。【结论】 从对国际标准的适配及主导能力、国际学术出版生态融入能力、科研服务能力等方面提出平台建设的优化策略,为搭建世界一流的期刊出版传播平台、争取国际学术话语权提供借鉴和参考。
