摘要：

【目的】 为满足自主知识体系建构对学术期刊提出的时代要求,学术期刊应以自身高质量发展加快自主知识体系的构建步伐。【方法】 从“知识生产-知识认证-知识传播”的功能链条出发,探讨学术期刊在自主知识体系建构事业中的角色定位、现实困境与发展路径。【结果】 在知识生产维度,部分学术期刊存在选题设置失衡,研究内容热点化现象严重等问题;在知识认证维度,同行评议受AIGC技术挑战,加剧了原创知识的认证压力;在知识传播维度,缺乏有效的创新扩散渠道。【结论】 提升站位,合理把握国家战略与学科逻辑的平衡,增强知识认证的学术责任感和荣誉感,主动发挥期刊的引领优势;优化研究成果评价方式,构建原创导向的学术评价生态;以知识互动激发争鸣和共鸣,提升自主知识的传播效能。

Abstract:

[Purposes] In order to meet the requirements of the times for academic journals to construct independent knowledge system, academic journals should accelerate the pace of constructing independent knowledge system with their own high-quality development. [Methods] Starting from the functional chain of “knowledge production knowledge authentication knowledge dissemination”, this paper explores the role positioning, practical difficulties, and development path of academic journals in the construction of independent knowledge system. [Findings] In terms of knowledge production dimension, some academic journals have problems such as imbalanced topic selection and serious hotspots in research content; In terms of knowledge authentication, peer review is challenged by AIGC technology, which exacerbates the pressure of original knowledge authentication; The dimension of knowledge dissemination lacks effective channels for innovation diffusion. [Conclusions] Enhance the positioning, reasonably grasp the balance between national strategy and disciplinary logic, strengthen the academic responsibility and honor of knowledge certification, and actively leverage the leading advantages of academic journals; Building an original oriented academic evaluation ecosystem, optimizing peer review through technology and openness; Inspire debate and resonance through knowledge interaction, and enhance the dissemination efficiency of independent knowledge.
