摘要：

目的 分析我国中文科技期刊面临的新机遇，明确发展着力点，为相关政策制定与发展策略谋划提供依据，提升我国在国际科技领域的学术话语权与影响力，推动实现我国中文科技期刊高质量发展。 方法 从政策环境、新兴技术、出版模式等方面入手，采用理论与案例相结合的方式分析我国中文科技期刊面临的现实环境，梳理有利于中文科技期刊高质量发展的新机遇，在此基础上，提出推动我国中文科技期刊高质量发展的具体措施。 结果 以系列国家文件为代表的强有力的政策支持、以人工智能为代表的技术赋能、以开放获取和预印本为代表的新型出版模式加持是我国中文科技期刊面临的发展新机遇，发挥举国体制优势有组织推动中文科技期刊发展、构建中文科技期刊集群、深度融合新兴技术、积极拥抱新型出版模式、推进加入国际主流数据库、持续提升出版能力和出版水平是当前推动中文科技期刊高质量发展的着力点。 结论 作为我国科技期刊的重要组成部分，中文科技期刊要把握发展良机，积极探寻契合自身条件的发展路径，这是实现中文科技期刊高质量发展的关键举措。

Abstract:

Purposes Analyze the new opportunities confronting Chinese scientific journals， define the key development focal points， provide a foundation for relevant policy formulation and development strategy planning， enhance China’s academic discourse power and influence in the global science and technology arena， and advance the high-quality development of Chinese scientific journals. Methods Starting from dimensions including the policy environment， emerging technologies， and publishing models， this study adopts an integrated approach of theoretical analysis and case studies to examine the practical context faced by Chinese scientific journals. It sorts out new opportunities conducive to their high-quality development and， on this basis， puts forward specific measures to advance such development. Findings The new development opportunities confronting Chinese scientific journals are reflected in robust policy support as exemplified by a series of national documents， technological empowerment driven by artificial intelligence， and the endorsement of new publishing models represented by open access and preprint platforms. The current focal points for advancing the high-quality development of Chinese scientific journals encompass leveraging the advantages of the national system to advance their organized development， constructing clusters of Chinese scientific journals， deeply integrating emerging technologies， actively embracing new publishing models， facilitating their inclusion in mainstream international databases， and upgrading publishing capabilities and standards. Conclusions As a vital component of China’s scientific journals， Chinese scientific journals must seize development opportunities and proactively explore development paths tailored to their own conditions， which is a crucial step to achieving their high-quality development.
