摘要：

目的 探讨我国科技期刊智库功能，展望科技期刊智库能力建设的发展方向。 方法 系统梳理科技期刊作为智库资源在知识积淀、专家网络、学术引领、传播交流等方面的优势。 结果 目前我国科技期刊在智库能力发展建设中仍存在学术积累转化为决策支持的能力不足，智库产品的系统性产出、传达渠道不畅等挑战。我国科技期刊在主责主业基础上，基于引领、传播、支撑这几大职能，抱团取暖，共同推动科技期刊智库能力的整体跃升。 结论 科技期刊在完成日常主责主业工作的同时，要充分发挥学术引领、成果传播和数据构筑等智库功能，并通过集群化发展，实现智库功能的持续和稳定发挥。

Abstract:

Purposes This study aims to explore the think tank functions of China’s scientific journals， and prospects the development direction of think tank capacity building for them. Methods The advantages of scientific journals as think tank resources were reviewed， including academic accumulation， expert networks， academic leadership， and academic communication and exchange. Findings The current status and challenges in the development of think tank capabilities of Chinese scientific journals were analyzed， highlighting insufficient capacity to translate academic accumulation into decision-making support， limited practice in systematic think tank products， and inadequate communication channels. Based on their primary responsibilities and functions， such as leadership， dissemination， and support， scientific journals in China are collaborating to jointly promote the overall enhancement of their think tank capabilities. Conclusions Based on the daily primary responsibilities， their think tank functions of the scientific journals should be strengthen， such as academic leadership， dissemination of research outcomes， and data infrastructure development. Through cluster-based development， these think tank functions can be sustained and stably maintained.
