摘要：

【目的】 探寻普通科技期刊策划出版高质量专刊的可行路径。【方法】 以普通科技期刊《地球科学与环境学报》为例，采用统计数据评价2021年至今出版的9期精神传承型专刊的出版效果。【结果】 与2020—2023年出版的其他期次相比，《地球科学与环境学报》同时期出版的9期精神传承型专刊的学术质量有明显提高。【结论】 对于普通科技期刊，策划出版精神传承型专刊是提升学术影响力的重要路径；将优质专家列为重点组稿对象能提高约稿成功率；从严执行“三审三校”制度是出版高质量专刊的重要保障；开展丰富的外在呈现形式设计能提升专刊传播效果；充分发挥编辑的主观能动性是出版高质量专刊的重要机制。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to find the feasible path for the publishing of high-quality special issues by general scientific journals. [Methods] We evaluated the academic influences of nine anniversary-themed special issues published by Journal of Earth Sciences and Environment (JESE) from 2021 to 2023 based on statistical data. [Findings] Compared with other issues published from 2020 to 2023, the nine special issues demonstrated improved quality. [Conclusions] DFor general scientific journals, publishing anniversary-themed special issues is a key path to improve the academic influences of the journals. Keeping connection with experts contributes to the success rate of paper commissioning. The three-level review and three-times proofreading system provides a guarantee for the quality of special issues. Diverse design on external presentation of special issues can boost the publishing effects. The subjective initiative of editors is essential for publishing high-quality special issues.
