摘要：

【目的】 梳理我国科技学术期刊办刊模式,分析编委会运行现状,为更好地发挥编委会作用提出对策建议。【方法】 以中国科学院科技学术期刊为例,通过问卷调研我国科技学术期刊编委会运行现状及存在的问题。【结果】 当前,我国科技学术期刊的运行模式仍以编辑部责任制为主,编委会在推动期刊发展方面发挥了重要作用,但仍有可提升的空间。【结论】 结合我国科技学术期刊编委会运行现状,从编委会组织、编委会成员办刊贡献以及编辑部与编委会互动3个层面提出对策建议,以期更好地调动编委会成员积极性,真正实现我国科技学术期刊的“专家办刊”,进而推动我国科技学术期刊的高质量发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to propose countermeasures, based on sorting out publishing models of China's sci-tech academic journals and analyzing the operating status of the editorial board. [Methods] Utilizing surveys, taking examples of sci-tech academic journals of Chinese Academy of Sciences, we investigated the performance of editorial board and existing problems. [Findings] The operation mode of sci-tech academic journals in China is mainly responsibled by the editorial office. The editorial board members, especially the editors-in-chief, have played an important role in journals' development, but there is still room to improve. [Conclusions] This study is to propose solutions from the aspects of editorial board organization, editorial board members, and interaction among the editorial offices and these parties. These solusions are expected to motive the involvement of editorial board members, help to realize the mode of running journals by experts, and improve the quality of the sci-tech academic journals in China.
