摘要：

【目的】 在构建中国特色新型智库背景下,探讨学术期刊与智库功能构建的内在联系与拓展路径,为后来者提供实践策略。【方法】 基于Financial Innovation(《金融创新》)近年来递交政策建议并获得中央、省部级领导批示的案例,以演绎逻辑归纳总结学术期刊拓展智库功能的主要困难及具体抓手。【结果】 优化人才储备、创新流程管理、强化双侧赋能、全球传播推广的路线,能够有效破除传统期刊智库建设人员参与少、时效把握难、内容转化慢、渠道传递弱等问题,从而实现推动期刊直接服务决策和影响学术的双重目标。【结论】 《金融创新》围绕学术传播与智库建设双轮驱动、协同反哺的有益探索,为我国学术期刊探索具有中国特色和时代特色的新型智库提供了借鉴经验和路径支持。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Under the context of constructing a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics, this paper explores the inherent connection and expansion paths between academic journals and think tank functions, aiming to provide practical strategies for future endeavors. [Methods] Based on recent cases of policy proposals submitted to and approved by central and provincial-level leaders in Financial Innovation, this paper employed deductive reasoning to summarize the main difficulties and specific strategies for academic journals to expand their think tank functions. [Findings] The new paths, which include optimizing talent reserves, innovating process management, and strengthening bilateral empowerment and global promotion, effectively address issues such as limited participation of traditional journal personnel in think tank construction, challenges in timing control, slow content transformation, and weak channel delivery. Consequently, these paths achieve the dual objectives of enhancing journal services for direct decision-making and influencing academia. [Conclusions] Financial Innovation's exploration of a dual-driven and mutually supportive model for academic dissemination and think tank construction represents a valuable exploration. It provides reference experience and path support for Chinese academic journals to explore a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics and contemporary significance.
