摘要：

【目的】从论文视角对我国期刊出版研究基金项目的成效进行分析评价。【方法】利用文献计量学和网络分析等方法,以2012—2021年期刊编辑人员发表在11种出版类核心期刊中的论文及其相关数据为研究对象,评价各类期刊出版研究国家级项目及我国各行政区地区项目的成效,通过对比分析得到推动我国期刊出版研究的“核心基金项目”,总结经验,并提出改进建议。【结果】基金论文的篇均被引频次显著高于非基金论文;从论文数量看,江苏省项目、国家社会科学基金、中国高校科技期刊研究会项目的论文产出量较多;从篇均被引频次看,河南省项目、辽宁省项目等地区项目支持的论文被引频次较高;国家级项目的中介中心度显著高于地方项目。【结论】基金项目在促进我国期刊出版高质量研究中发挥重要作用,不同类型、不同地区项目在论文产出数量和质量方面差异很大,国家级项目对地区项目的带动作用较强,而地区项目容易产出高被引的研究论文。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the research funds for Chinese journal publishing from the perspective of papers. [Methods] We carried out bibliometric and network analyses for the papers and related data published by journal editors in 11 core journals in the recent 10 years (2012-2021) to evaluate the effectiveness of national funds and local funds. Through comparative analysis, we identified the core funds which promoted the research on Chinese journal publishing, summarized the experiences, and put forward the measures for improvement. [Findings] The average cited frequency of funded papers is significantly higher than that of non-funded papers. The number of papers supported by the local funds of Jiangsu province, the National Social Science Fund, and the funds of the Society of China University Journals is high. The papers supported by local funds such as Henan and Liaoning provinces have higher cited frequency. The betweenness centrality of papers supported by national funds is significantly higher than that by local funds. [Conclusions] Funds play an important role in promoting the high-quality research on journal publishing. The number and quality of papers supported by funds of different types and from different regions vary greatly. National funds have stronger driving effects on local funds, while local funds tend to promote the publishing of research papers with high citations.
