摘要：

【目的】 在国际开放科学大势和我国科学技术快速发展的背景下,高度关注并研究论文发表中客观存在的信息安全隐患,对于保障我国科研成果发表与学术交流中的信息安全具有重要意义。【方法】 通过文献与网络调研等方法分析现状,厘清开放科学环境下科技论文信息安全的概念,对科技论文交流流程中的安全隐患与控制手段进行梳理。【结果】 指出我国科技论文在发表过程中存在一定信息安全风险,在此基础上构建信息安全框架。【结论】 我国科技论文的信息安全保障问题需要得到重视。提出并构建论文发表过程中的信息安全审查与处理机制等一系列对策。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Amid global open science and the advancement of science and technology in China, this paper focuses on the hidden dangers in information security in paper publication, which is expected to ensure the information security in scientific outcome publication and academic exchanges in China. [Methods] Through literature research and network research, we analyzed the status quo, clarified the concept of the information security in scientific papers under the background of open science, and sorted out the security risks and control methods in the dissemination of scientific papers. [Findings] There are certain information security risks in the publication process of scientific papers in China. In view of it, an information security framework is constructed. [Conclusions] We should pay more attention to the information security in Chinese scientific papers. A series of countermeasures such as the construction of information security review and processing mechanism in the process of publishing papers are put forward.
