摘要:

【目的】 基于科研全流程构建科技期刊数字学术服务框架,为科技期刊开展数字学术服务提供理论与实践指导,促使科技期刊更好地发挥融入科研、嵌入科研、服务科研的学术交流作用。【方法】 通过文献调研法、网络调研法和案例分析法,将科研全流程划分为科研准备期、科研成果发表过程和科研成果发表后三个阶段,对三个阶段的科技期刊数字学术服务模式进行调研和总结分析。【结果】 科研准备期的典型数字学术服务模式可归纳为高级知识检索服务、知识服务、智能服务(科研辅助)等;科研成果发表过程的典型数字学术服务模式可归纳为论文投稿支持、新型出版服务和科研数据服务等;科研成果发表后的典型数字学术服务模式可归纳为论文推送服务、网络传播服务、学术交流社区服务和科研成果评价服务等。【结论】 所构建的框架结合科研各流程需求,系统总结科技期刊在不同阶段所提供的数字学术服务。各阶段服务内容和服务方式的调研结果表明:国外大型出版集团引领着各个阶段服务的发展;我国科技期刊数字学术服务的整体水平较低,无论是提供科技期刊论文集成服务的数据库商、拥有多种科技期刊的期刊集群平台,还是单刊出版平台,在开展并提供数字学术服务方面都有较大的提升空间。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This article aims to develop a digital scholarship service framework of scientific journals for the research lifecycle, thus guiding the digital scholarship service of scientific journals in China and enabling the journals to better integrate into and serve scientific research. [Methods] After literature research, network research, and case analysis, we divided the research lifecycle into three stages: preparation, publishing, and post-publishing. Then we probed into and summarized the digital scholarship service modes for the three stages.[Findings] The typical service modes for the preparation stage can be summarized as advanced knowledge search service, knowledge service, and intelligent service (research assistance). The representative service modes for the publishing stage include support for paper submission, new publishing service, and research data service. The service modes for the post-publishing stage are article push service, network communication service, virtual academic community service, and research evaluation service. [Conclusions] The framework combines the needs of all research processes and systematically summarizes the digital scholarship services provided by scientific journals at different stages. The survey of services and service modes for the three stages shows that major foreign publishing groups take the lead in the digital services in each link. On the contrary, the overall level of digital scholarship service in China is still relatively low. Efforts should be made by all parties, including the database providers that offer integration services, journal cluster platforms with multiple scientific journals, and individual journal publishing platforms, to further enhance the digital scholarship service in China.
