摘要：

【目的】 调查分析科技期刊增强出版现状,提出期刊增强出版的发展路径。【方法】 以重庆市2021年入选CSCD的期刊为数据统计源,利用SWOT分析方法剖析期刊增强出版发展的外部机遇和面临的威胁、本身存在的优势和劣势,梳理重庆市CSCD期刊在期刊官方网站、微信公众平台和纸刊3种传播媒介的增强出版现状。【结果】 增强出版是目前期刊正在积极尝试的重要出版形式,在微信公众平台、网页方面的增强出版效果良好;而纸质期刊单篇论文的二维码使用率低,实验数据、过程视频材料不丰富也是目前亟待解决的问题。【结论】 从编辑角度来看,编辑应在出版过程中主动融入增强出版,加强与作者沟通,发挥作者的积极主动性,同时,组建新媒体人才队伍,完善增强出版的二次加工。从作者角度来看,作者应主动加强科研成果的有效传播意识,提升论文的影响力,与此同时,提高增强素材的系统性、准确性、清晰性,有效促进知识共享,为科技期刊融合发展提供增强出版的创新发展思路。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study investigates enhanced publication in scientific journals and proposes measures to boost the enhanced publication. [Methods] The authors and editors of Chongqing journals which were included in CSCD in 2021 were investigated and SWOT analysis was used to analyze the opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses of the enhanced publication of the journals. In addition, the enhanced publication on the official websites, WeChat public platforms, and paper journals of them was dissected. [Findings] Enhanced publication is popular among the journals, as can be found on the WeChat public platform and official websites. However, for the paper journals, it faces the challenges of low utilization rate of two-dimensional code for a specific paper and rare display of videos on experimental data and process. [Conclusions] Editors should actively participate in enhanced publication and communicate with authors, so they can provide enhanced materials. Moreover, a new media talent team should be built, to boost the secondary processing of enhanced publication. Authors should emphasize the dissemination of scientific research outcomes to improve the influence of the papers. In addition, they should strive to make the enhanced materials systematic, accurate, and clear, so as to promote the sharing of knowledge and the integrated development of scientific journals.
