基于服务作者角度的农业期刊网站建设现状分析与启示

Status quo of agricultural journal website construction and enlightenment: From the perspective of authors

摘要:

【目的】 归纳分析农业期刊网站建设现状及存在问题,为网站设计更好地服务作者提供借鉴思路。【方法】 以2017年版《中文核心期刊要目总览》收录的32种综合性农业期刊网站为研究对象,调查其官网认证情况,从服务作者角度分析其建设现状及存在问题。【结果】 32种期刊均建有官网,在百度认证的期刊有26种,在360搜索引擎认证的期刊仅9种,没有期刊在搜狗搜索引擎进行官网认证;大多数网站页面结构合理,但功能建设过于公式化、程序化;在为作者提供快捷答疑、免费全文下载阅读、多元化阅读模式等增值服务,以及引导作者加强学术自律、发挥行业与学科平台作用等方面,期刊网站做得还不够完善。【结论】 期刊网站应从多种途径辅助作者找到官网、内容建设体现人文关怀、满足多元化个性化服务需求、打造学风建设宣传平台、发挥行业与学科平台引领性服务等方面改良和优化,为作者提供更精准、贴切的服务。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to summarize and analyze the current situation and problems of agricultural journal websites, thereby providing reference ideas for website design to better serve authors. [Methods] We investigated the authentication of official websites of 32 comprehensive agricultural journals included in A Guide to the Core Journals of China (2017) and analyzed the status quo and problems of website construction from the perspective of authors. [Findings] All the 32 journals have official websites, with 26 authenticated on Baidu, only 9 on 360 Search, and 0 on Sogou. In spite of reasonable layout structure, most of the websites are formulaic. Journals should improve the value-added services such as quick answering of questions, free full-text download and reading, and diversified reading modes, guide authors to strengthen academic self-discipline, and offer academic and industrial frontiers on the mobile media platforms. [Conclusions] Journals should assist authors in finding the official websites through multiple channels, provide detailed instructions and guidance in a humanistic manner and diversified and personalized services on the official websites, add academic atmosphere construction and industry and discipline frontiers to the websites, so as to better serve the authors.
