摘要：

【目的】 了解“互联网+”背景下科技期刊数字化平台的建设情况,分析存在的问题,探索发展策略。【方法】 以农业综合类核心期刊为例,通过联网登录、访问、使用的方式,调查期刊官方网站、微信平台、官方微博及移动客户端建设情况。【结果】 34种农业综合类核心期刊目前都已搭建官方网站,但开通微信公众号的只有16种,开通官方微博者仅5种,运行至今的仅1种,有3种期刊提供移动客户端服务。【结论】农业综合类核心期刊已基本打造起数字化平台,但“互联网+”背景下的整合发展水平不高。应加强认识,优化顶层设计,推动“互联网+”背景下期刊的融媒体发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to reveal the current construction situation of digital platforms of scientific journals under the background of internet plus, analyze the existed problems and propose corresponding countermeasures. [Methods] We investigated the digital platform construction situation of 34 agricultural comprehensive core journals by accessing their websites, WeChat platforms, Weibo platforms and APPs. [Findings] The 34 journals have established their own websites, 16 of them have established WeChat platforms, 5 of them have established Weibo platforms, and only one Weibo platform is still working up to now. Three journals provide APP services. [Conclusions] Agricultural comprehensive core journals have constructed the digital platforms under the background of internet plus. But the constructed platforms are not well integrated, and the development level is relatively elementary. We should strengthen the understanding of internet plus and optimize the top-level design to promote the development of scientific journals.
