【目的】 探讨精品中文科技期刊提升学术影响力的有效举措。【方法】 以测绘遥感领域荣获国际国内优秀科技期刊称号以及国内出版基金支持的7种刊物为例,对中国知网和期刊官方网站数据进行分析。【结果】 在学术能力建设与质量提升层面,注重融入科研一线,策划专栏专刊,均衡发文作者,实现阶梯式增长。在探索语义出版与知识服务层面,通过深层次挖掘内容资源、提升网站丰裕度、激活微信平台集聚效应等提升刊物增强出版能力。在刊物国际影响推广与学术传播层面,重视收录并创办英文期刊,通过精选封面、扩散会议效应等强化刊物科学传播价值。【结论】 刊物发展应注重“特色”与“创新”相融合,积极推进内容增值共享和知识服务能力,全面提升刊物在科学发展和社会经济发展中的决策支持价值和智力支撑作用。
[Purposes] This paper aims to explore effective measures to enhance the academic influence of high-quality Chinese scientific journals in the field of surveying and mapping and remote sensing. [Methods] Seven publications in the field were used as examples which were awarded the title of international and domestic high impact scientific journals and supported by publication fund of CAS. The data on China National Knowledge Infrastructure and journal official websites were analyzed.[Findings] In the aspect of journal academic quality improvement, Chinese scientific journals should focus on integrating into the front line of scientific research, planning column special issues, and balancing authors to promote the gradual improvement of journals. In the aspect of publication knowledge value-added service, they need to deepen the content resources, improve the website abundance, and activate the agglomeration effect of WeChat platform to promote market development. In the aspect of publication international influence promotion and academic communication, they should attach importance to the inclusion and creation of English periodicals, and strengthen the scientific communication value of publications through the selection of cover and diffusion conference effects. [Conclusions] Chinese scientific journals should pay attention to the integration of characteristics and innovation, promote the value-added sharing of journal content and knowledge service capabilities, and comprehensively enhance the value of decision support and intellectual support of publications in scientific development and sustainable social development.
