摘要：

【目的】为高校学报的质量评价提供更加客观的理论依据。【方法】在计算学报影响因子时充分考虑引文的质量,即在经典的两年期影响因子计算公式的基础上,充分考虑引文的影响因子的作用。并对福建地区四个高校学报的近两年数据进行统计模拟计算和数据分析。【结果】考虑引文质量的影响因子计算方式较为合理,且高质量的引文的比例越高则影响因子越大。【结论】在影响因子计算过程中考虑引文质量是必要的,对考虑引文质量的影响因子计算式应给以关注,以期能完善期刊评价体系。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to lay a more objective theoretical foundation for the quality evaluation of journals of colleges and universities.[Methods] When the impact factors of journals are calculated, the quality of the citation should be taken into full consideration.In other words, based on the formula of calculating the classic two-year impact factors, the role played by the impact factors of the citation should be taken into full consideration.In addition,a simulation calculation and an analysis of the data collected within recent two years about journals of four colleges and universities of Fujian Province were given as well. [Findings] The impact factor formula which consider the quality of citations is quite reasonable and the higher the rate of the citation w ith good quality is, the bigger the values of the impact factors are.[Conclusions] It is necessary to consider the quality of citation in the calculation of impact factors in order to improve the journal evaluation system. Great attention should be given to impact factor formulas which take citation quality into consideration.
