摘要： 目的 探讨学术期刊利用异质性资源创建特色栏目的必要性及其路径。方法 以持续竞争优势理论的资源基础观为依据,分析处于激烈竞争环境下的学术期刊拥有的各种资源及其特性。结果 学术期刊拥有包括社会环境资源、学科专业资源、地域历史资源和人本资源等;这些资源具有价值性、独享性和不可复制性;提出以时代发展、环境变化为契机,以突出异质性资源、办刊宗旨、人本观念为出发点,创建特色栏目。结论 异质性资源是创建特色栏目的坚实基础和必要条件;特色栏目建设是学术期刊保持持续竞争优势和提高社会影响力的重要举措。

Abstract:

[Purpose] This paper discusses the necessarity andmethods of constructing academ ic journal characteristic columns using heterogeneous resources.[Methodology] Based on the resource view of sustainable competitive advantage theory,various resources and their characteristics of academ ic journals under fierce competitive environmentare analyzed in this paper.[Findings] Academic journals contain social and environmental resource,discipline and specialty resource,regional and historical resource as well as human resource,which are valuable,exclusive and unduplicated.Therefore,the characteristic column construction should seize the opportunity of times development and environmental change to outstand the heterogeneous resources,the journal purpose and the humanism concept.[Conclusions] It is concluded thatheterogeneous resources are the solid foundation and the necessary condition of constructing characteristic columns.Meanwhile,the characteristic column construction is the importantmethod for the academic journals to maintain the sustainable competitive advantage and improve the social impact.
