摘要：

【目的】 总结科学出版社科技期刊改革举措和成效,为我国建设一流科技期刊提供借鉴。【方法】 通过系统回顾科学出版社自1954年成立以来科技期刊相关机构及科技期刊出版演变历程,梳理科学出版社在科技期刊管理机制改革、高水平期刊培育、数字出版与传播平台研发、人才队伍建设、国际化发展等方面采取的措施及取得成效。【结果】 60余年来特别是近30年来科学出版社在科技期刊体制机制改革、一流科技期刊培育、数字出版平台研发、专业化人才队伍建设以及“走出去”等方面的改革实践取得了一系列的成就,并正在不断深化发展。【结论】 科学出版社正在不断总结经验,积极贯彻落实《关于深化改革 培育世界一流科技期刊的意见》精神,围绕精品化、集群化、数字化、专业化和国际化建设,致力于打造一批世界一流的科技期刊、构建一批国内领先的期刊集群、培育一支专业化的办刊队伍、建设先进的学术出版传播平台、“借船”+“买船”联动提升科技期刊的国际影响力。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper summarizes the reform practice and achievements on scientific journals published by Science Press, and provides references for the construction of world-class scientific journals in China. [Methods] Through systematic review of the development of scientific journals and the related institutions of Science Press since it was founded in 1954, we summarized the measures and benefits of management mechanism reform, high-level scientific journal cultivation, digital publishing and communication platform development, the talent team construction, internationalization development, and so on. [Findings] Over the past 60 years, especially in the past 30 years, Science Press has got a series of achievements in management mechanism reform, high-level scientific journal cultivation, digital publishing and communication platform development, the talent team construction, being global, and so on. And Science Press is constantly developing. [Conclusions] Science Press constantly sums up the experience, actively implements the spirit of the government documents, and focuses on the high-quality, clustering, digitalization, specialization, and internationalization construction. Science Press is committed to building a number of world-class scientific journals, establishing a group of leading domestic journal clusters, cultivating a talent team, building advanced academic publishing and communication platforms, and combining "borrowing a ship" and "buying a ship" together to increase the international influence of Chinese home-grown scientific journals.
