科技期刊编辑继续教育的适配情况及发展路径

摘要:

【目的】 探讨科技期刊编辑继续教育的发展路径。【方法】 调查编辑视角下科技期刊编辑继续教育的适配情况,征求科技期刊编辑对继续教育的具体建议,分析科技期刊编辑继续教育的发展路径。【结果】 科技期刊编辑对继续教育有着多元化的需求。科技期刊编辑继续教育应从内容适配、模式适配、平台建设、质量管理4个方面加强建设,通过优化课程体系设计、丰富继续教育模式、改进在线教育平台以及建立质量管理和教学反馈机制等方式进一步完善和发展。【结论】 科技期刊编辑继续教育应契合发展需求,提高教育成效,为科技期刊的转型升级培养编辑人才。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the ways to improve the effects of the continuing education for scientific journal editors. [Methods] The adaptation situation of the continuing education in the perspective of scientific journal editors was investigated. Advices of the editors for improving the continuing education were requested. The development path of the continuing education for scientific journal editors was discussed. [Finding] The demands of scientific journal editors for the continuing education are diversified. The continuing education for scientific journal editors can be developed in four ways, which are content adaptation, pattern adaption, platform construction, and quality management. Through optimizing curriculum system, enriching educational patterns, constructing online education platform, and establishing quality management and teaching feedback mechanisms, the continuing education can be further improved. [Conclusions] The continuing education for scientific journal editors should fit the development needs and improve the educational effects in order to cultivate talents for the transformation and upgrading of scientific journals.
