科技期刊刊群采编系统建设研究——以煤科总院出版传媒集团具体实践为例

Editorial system construction of scientific journal groups: Taking the practice of Publishing and Media Group of China Coal Research Institute as an example

摘要:

【目的】归纳煤科总院出版传媒集团科技期刊刊群采编系统建设和优化方案,为科技期刊转型及刊群协同发展提供参考。【方法】结合煤科总院出版传媒集团20种期刊采编系统及官方网站现状,以中国知网腾云采编系统为模板,通过编辑流程模型构建、人员信息迁移、设置“测试编辑”等措施,建设满足各刊功能需求的个性化采编系统。【结果】煤科总院出版传媒集团刊群顺利完成采编系统建设优化。【结论】新媒体环境下,期刊采编系统的开通和优化已成常态,科技期刊出版集团要善于利用第三方采编平台,提高单刊的数字化程度,实现刊群的健康发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study sums up the scheme of editorial system construction and optimization of Publishing and Media Group of China Coal Research Institute, and provides reference for the transformation of scientific journals and cooperative development of journal groups. [Methods] Considering the current status of editorial system of each journal and website and referring to Tengyun editorial system, the personalized editorial systems were constructed through the model building of editing process, personal information transfer, and testing editor establishment, which meet the functional requirements of journals. [Findings] The journals affiliated to Publishing and Media Group of China Coal Research Institute accomplish the construction and optimization of editorial systems. [Conclusions] The journal groups should be good at utilizing the third-party editorial system to improve the digitization of each journal, and the coordinated development is expected to be realized.
