摘要：

【目的】 在了解中国科协科技期刊出版管理创新及改革进展的基础上,为进一步深化出版管理改革提出建议。【方法】 针对中国科协所属的1081种期刊出版管理改革发展现状进行问卷调查,并对其进行深度剖析。【结果】 目前中国科协科技期刊仍呈现主管、主办单位多元化的现状,大多数仍为单刊编辑出版,但办刊人从观念上对出版管理改革已经逐渐接受并予以思考;期刊运作模式在革新之中,期刊数字化、集群化建设方面也有所进展。【结论】 从占我国科技期刊总数1/5的中国科协科技期刊来看,我国的科技期刊出版管理体制改革和机制创新,在期刊资源整合、传统媒体与新媒体融合发展等方面仍需进一步加强探索。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to propose suggestions for the further reformation of management system on the basis of understanding the current situation and innovation of management of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) journals.[Methods] A comprehensive survey and analysis of the basic situation of 1081 CAST journals was conducted in 2016.[Findings] Mostly CAST journals are sponsored by more than one institutions, and a majority of the editorial departments hosts only one journal. However, reformation of journal management system is gradually accepted and taken under consideration in the publishing field. Journal operation patterns are innovated, and there are progresses in digitalization and clustering.[Conclusions] About 20% of science and technology journals in China belong to CAST, and the results indicate that the publishing management system reformation are steadily advancing in China. Journal resources integration and the application of new media in journal publishing field, which are indispensable in the management innovation, should be explored with more vigor.
