摘要：

【目的】 探讨发展中的期刊如何通过规范的编委会管理制度来有效地发挥编委在提升期刊影响力中的作用。【方法】以IJAC为例,分析了编委在稿件审理、选题策划和期刊宣传3个方面发挥的主要作用;提出从加强编委会管理和增强编辑部服务意识2个角度来激发编委工作热情和工作积极性。【结果】 实践证明,对于一本处在发展期的期刊,实现对编委会的有效分工和管理对稳步、持续地提升期刊影响力起到重要作用。【结论】 编辑部需要配合主编,通过严格有序的管理制度和良好的服务意识来促进编委会作用的发挥。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper proposed how to realize the potential of the Editorial Board to develop the journal by standardized management. [Methods] Taking IJAC as an example,firstly,this paper analyzed the role and functions of editorial board from three aspects,including reviewing,topic selection,and promotion.Then,it discussed what could be done to keep them committed and working productively for the journals from management and service. [Findings] Practice proves that as for a journal during the developing period,it is important to strengthen management and division of responsibilities to encourage the editorial board to make contribution to developing the journal. [Conclusions] By the strict management and good service,editors of the editorial office should help the editor-in-chief to effectively realize the potential of the editorial board.
