F5000入选论文对精准选稿的启示——以能源领域代表性期刊为例

Enlightenment of F5000 papers on precise selection: Taking the representative journals of energy as examples

摘要:

【目的】 对F5000入选论文进行剖析,建立客观、科学、有据的论文遴选方法,为期刊编辑精准选稿和开展人工智能选稿提供参考。【方法】 以2012—2018年能源领域代表性期刊F5000入选论文为样本,对发表期刊、作者、单位进行统计与分析,总结高被引论文的特征。【结果】 作者优异的创新禀赋、先进的科研条件、雄厚的经费资助是高被引论文产出的关键,科研团队在产出高被引论文数量上有助力作用。【结论】 F5000入选论文的数量与作者h指数相结合,可以作为衡量作者学术创新能力及论文质量的标尺,在矿业领域,6年内中国科学技术信息研究所提名F5000入选论文3篇以上、h指数超过40的第一作者当选院士的概率最大;作者论文发表频率、篇均被引频次、学术创新指数可作为挑选有潜力成为高被引论文的指标。通过期刊年报、作者学术表现、科研支撑、社会需求获得态势感知,采取“数据→筛选→效果→完善”的工作模式可以提高论文筛选绩效。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study deeply analyzes the papers selected in Frontrunner 5000(F5000), and obtains the objective, scientific, and evidential method of papers selection, which provides the references for paper selection by journal editors and artificial intelligence. [Methods] This research investigated the papers selected in F5000 from 2012 to 2018, compared the paper publication journals, authors, and affiliations, and concluded the characteristics of highly cited papers. [Findings] The keys to publish highly cited papers are excellent innovation capability, advanced research conditions, and strong financial support. The research team has a helpful role in the number of highly cited papers. [Conclusions] The quantity of papers selected in F5000 and h-index of authors can take as a yardstick of authors' academic innovation and paper quality. In the field of mining engineering, the first-author who has more than 3 papers selected in F5000 within 6 years and over 40 of h-index shown in CNKI is most likely to be selected as the academician. The frequency of paper publication by the authors, the citation frequency per paper, and the index of academic innovation can take as the indexes of selecting the paper to be highly cited. Through the journal report, the academic performance of authors, the scientific research support, and social need, the situation awareness is obtained. The work mode of “data→screening→effect→perfect” can improve the performance of papers selection.
