Abstract:
[Purposes] This study aims to explore the impact of recommended academic papers on WeChat official accounts from Chinese academic journals in geoscience on their cited frequency and download volume. The findings will provide references for enhancing the attention of academic papers in these journals on WeChat official accounts. [Methods] Taking the Chinese core journals in geoscience as the research object, we checked the posts of the 2021 recommended academic papers of the journal (referred to as "recommended posts") on WeChat official accounts and collected the data on the release characteristics of the recommended posts. By using SPSS 27.0 software, we explored factors affecting the readership of recommended posts through ANOVA and independent samples t-test and discussed the relationship between the readership of recommended posts and the cited frequency and download volume of papers through correlation analysis and regression analysis. [Findings] The publication order of recommended posts has a significant effect on their readership, and the readership of recommended posts is positively correlated with the cited frequency and download volume of recommended papers and contributes to the cited frequency and download volume of the papers. The readership of recommended posts is positively correlated with the journal's impact factor. [Conclusions] Journals should attach importance to recommending academic papers through WeChat official accounts, and efforts should be made to increase the number of recommended academic papers, adopt multiple journal clusters, optimize the publication strategy of recommended posts, and consistently produce high-quality content.

【目的】 探索地球科学类中文学术期刊微信公众号推荐学术论文对其被引频次和下载量的影响，为通过微信公众号提升期刊学术论文的关注度提供参考。【方法】 以地球科学类中文核心期刊为研究对象，逐一查阅微信公众号推荐期刊2021年学术论文的推文（以下简称“推荐推文”），收集推荐推文发布特征数据，采用SPSS 27.0软件，通过方差分析和独立样本t检验探寻推荐推文阅读量的影响因素，通过相关性分析和回归分析探讨推荐推文阅读量与论文被引频次和下载量的关系。【结果】 推荐推文的发布顺序对其阅读量有显著影响，推荐推文的阅读量与其推荐论文的被引频次和下载量呈正相关性，且对论文的被引频次和下载量有贡献度；推荐推文阅读量与期刊的影响因子呈正相关性。【结论】 期刊应重视并利用微信公众号推荐学术论文，从增加学术论文的推荐数量、构建多刊集群、优化推文的发布策略，以及持续输出高质量的内容方面努力。
