Abstract:
[Purposes] This paper explores the development of knowledge service in scientific journals, which is expected to enhance knowledge service in this sector in China. [Methods] In line with the basic laws of industrial development, we summarized the development stages and characteristics of knowledge service in scientific journals, the dynamic factors, levels of the factors, the driving mechanisms, and the relationship between the mechanisms and the development stages through literature research and case analysis. [Findings] Owing to the internal factors such as technical progress, individual journal development, and industrial upgrading and the external factors of user needs, policies, and knowledge payment, knowledge service has progressed from individual development, clustering development, and community development, to intelligent development among scientific journals as driven by the mechanisms of "expansion, restructuring, collaboration, and innovation and integration", respectively. [Conclusions] According to the development of knowledge service in scientific journals, it is necessary to expand knowledge service via typical cases, boost industry integration through cooperation, activate the knowledge service resources through innovation, and benefit from knowledge service via suitable operation strategy.

摘要:
【目的】 探究科技期刊知识服务的演进规律,为我国科技期刊更好地参与知识服务进程提供参考。【方法】 依据产业发展的基本规律,采用文献研究和案例分析相结合的方法,总结科技期刊知识服务的发展阶段及特征、动力因素的来源及层次、驱动机制及其与知识服务发展阶段的关系。【结果】 科技期刊知识服务在技术进步、个刊发展、产业升级等内部因素,用户需求、政策导向、知识付费经济等外部因素的共同作用下,通过“延伸拓展—重组推进—多元协同—创新融合”四重作用机制,逐步实现由单刊发展阶段、集群发展阶段、共同体发展阶段向智能体发展阶段迈进。【结论】 基于科技期刊知识服务的发展规律,我国科技期刊应强化典型引领,加速知识服务布局;引导生态竞合,深化产业融合发展;培育创新能力,活化知识服务资源;优化运营策略,增强产业造血功能,以提供更好的知识服务。
