Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper analyzes current situation, problems, and countermeasures of convergence publishing of marine scientific journals. [Methods] Taking 22 marine scientific journals indexed in China Academic Journal Impact Factor Annual Report in 2018 as the research objects, this paper investigated their convergence publishing situation, and put forward suggestions for convergence publishing based on the characteristics of marine scientific research and the new trend of information dissemination. [Findings] The convergence publishing channels of 22 sample journals include official website, WeChat public platform, academic journal network database, and mobile client of academic journal network database. All 22 sample journals have official websites; 12 journals provide free download of full-text, accounting for 54.5%; 10 journals provide full-text online reading, accounting for 45.5%. Among 22 journals, 13 journals establish official WeChat public platform, accounting for 59%. There are some problems in the convergence publishing of sample journals, such as low time efficiency, narrow channels, and single media form. [Conclusions] The marine scientific journals should take the mobile publishing priority strategy, expand the convergence publishing channels, and achieve rich media publishing.

【目的】 分析我国海洋科学类期刊融合出版现状、存在的问题,并提出改进建议。【方法】 以《中国学术期刊影响因子年报(2018)》收录的22种海洋科学类中文期刊为研究对象,调查其融合出版情况,结合海洋科研特点及当前信息传播新趋势提出融合出版建议。【结果】 22种样本期刊的融合出版渠道包括官方网站、微信公众号、学术期刊网络数据库和学术期刊网络数据库移动客户端。22种样本期刊均开通官方网站,有12种期刊提供全文免费下载,占比54.5%,10种期刊提供全文在线阅读,占比45.5%;22种期刊中,有13种期刊开通官方微信公众平台,占比59%。样本期刊在融合出版方面存在时效性较差、渠道狭窄、媒介形态单一等问题。【结论】 海洋科学类期刊应采取移动出版优先战略,拓展融合出版渠道,实现富媒体出版。
