Abstract

摘要： 综述了多备份资源保存(Lots of Copies Keeps Stuff Safe,简称LOCKSS)项目具体内容。通过对项目具体分析，发现电子科技期刊保存的新途径，解决了机构用户与出版商在电子科技期刊利用和保存过程中所应承担的权利和义务，获得了电子科技期刊保存过程中需要解决的策略和技术问题的一种方案。
