摘要： 以入选2004年版《中文核心期刊要目总览》的250种高校学报为分析源刊，就我国高校学报的网络化及开放存取出版现状进行了调查分析。结果显示：我国高校学报的网络化程度较高；开放存取出版处于探索阶段，但明显好于其他科技期刊的开展情况；各高校学报编辑部要进一步提高认识并积极寻求其改进措施。
