摘要： 为探讨作者自引的规律和相对合理性，为期刊编辑、期刊评价和文献计量分析提供参考依据，本文对作者自引与其技术职称的相关性进行统计分析，结果表明：作者职级越高其自引篇率和自引率越高；期刊作者自引率主要是高级职称作者“贡献”的。
